The Coronation of The King and The Queen Consort
People across the country and the Commonwealth are invited to celebrate the Coronation of His Majesty The King and Her Majesty The Queen Consort over a weekend of special events on 6th to 8th May.
The coronation of the new Sovereign follows some months after his or her accession, following a period of mourning and as a result of the enormous amount of preparation required to organise the ceremony.
The event will be celebrated by many people across the UK and Commonwealth with a special bank holiday weekend to provide opportunities for communities throughout the UK to come together to celebrate this historic milestone.
