Please read the information on each section to assist you when searching for information:

Search planning applications

You can search planning applications and appeals online (opens new window). This will give you access to all the current applications we are dealing with and will enable you to object or comment on a planning application.

As well as our currently undecided applications, the above search facility covers all applications received and decided since 1991.

Historical planning applications

The online historical applications search (opens new window) covers our archived applications that were received and determined before 1991. 

As some of the records are very old, please keep in mind that, in some cases, the quality of the images may not as good as recent applications.

Search planning appeals

You can search planning appeals (opens new window) online. This search gives access to cases where a planning appeal has been submitted. Any documents that are available to view will only appear once the appeal has been accepted and started by the Planning Inspectorate, this could be several weeks after we have received such an appeal. 

For enforcement appeals, the available documents can be viewed at our council offices in Priory Road, Spalding.

Weekly planning lists

You can view our weekly lists, which gives you access to the most recent weekly lists of validated planning applications.
