  • The 'typical' tenant is a woman in her mid sixties living on her own in our General Needs housing
     
  • 64% of all tenants are female
     
  • 63 is the median age of all tenants
     
  • 1/3 of General Needs households have children
     
  • 40% of households have permanent mobility issues
     
  • 51% of all tenants have a limiting disability
     
  • 8% of tenants are from a BAME group
     
  • 66% of our tenants would like to be more informed about:
    • 54% would like to be more informed about how we invest in their homes
    • 46% would like to be more informed about keeping their home safe
    • 42% would like to be more informed about how we look after the neighbourhood
    • 39% would like to be more informed about the financial help and support available
    • 23% would like to be more informed about how we spend their rent
