Environmental searches

We offer searches of our records at times of property transaction. Often a commercial search will identify a past land use and require more information.

We charge a fee of £66 for individual properties, and charge an hourly fee for larger projects, such as pipelines. For more information, please contact contaminatedland@sholland.gov.uk.
