Parking Passes / Season Tickets

We have updated season tickets to include more flexible choices for long-term and short-term parking, plus more options for payment plans. Previously our season tickets were only available quarterly but with the introduction of monthly, quarterly, 6-monthly and 12 monthly passes, we hope to make parking more accessible for everyone.

Applications for a parking pass, formerly known as a season ticket, can be made online.

Apply for a parking pass

Apply online for a parking season ticket (opens new window). No payment is taken during the application process. We will contact you to arrange payment when a parking space becomes available. Please be aware that due to the limited number of spaces, we may not be able to allocate a space for all permit requests.  

Parking permits cannot be issued for lorries or other heavy goods vehicles.

Parking Pass costs 

Parking passes can be purchased quarterly, 6-monthly and 12-monthly online. Monthly passes can only be purchased directly through the ticket machines located at each car park. Up to two vehicles can be registered on a parking pass.

All stated prices are inclusive of VAT.

Once purchased no refunds, or partial refunds, will be available.

The season ticket will now be called a Commuter Pass and is available for use in the following long stay car parks:

• The Vista, Spalding, PE11 2RA
• Victoria Street, Spalding, PE11 1EA
• Holland Road, Spalding, PE11 1UL
• Winfrey Avenue, Spalding, PE11 1DA
• Boston Road, Holbeach, PE12 7EE

Shoppers Pass Locations

A Shoppers Pass is the new way to pay for parking, these are also available monthly, quarterly, 6-monthly, and 12-monthly and allow for a maximum of 4 hours parking, per day, in the following short and long stay car parks:

• Swimming Pool, Spalding, PE11 1QF
• Victoria Street, Spalding, PE11 1EA
• Boston Road, Holbeach, PE12 7EE
