My Account

Login to My Account. Your username is the username you created to register for My Account.

Forgotten your My Account password? You can reset your My Account password online.

Your personal My Account allows you to:

  • view your next sack/bin collection dates
  • see who your local district councillor(s) are
  • see any flood warnings in your area
  • update your contact details
  • complete some of our online services quicker, by automatically completing your personal details for you.

Tenants Portal

Find out how to register for a Tenants Portal account or if you already have an account, please login to your Tenants Portal (opens new window).

Your username will be the email address you used to register for an account. If you have a Tenants Portal account but you're unsure of your username, please email us hadmin@sholland.gov.uk.

If you've forgotten your Tenants Portal password, you can reset your Tenants Portal password online (opens new window).

Using your Tenants Portal account, you can:

  • view your tenancy details
  • view tenancy records, such as your rent statements
  • set up a direct debit
  • update your contact details
  • upload documents
  • apply for council housing.

Landlords can use the eCitizen Portal (opens new window) to access to your personal landlord account, which allows you to view the details of your tenants claims online. Your username will be the email address you used when you registered for an account.
