The Lead Authority for Flooding within Lincolnshire is Lincolnshire County Council.

Lincolnshire County Council operate as the Lead Local Flood Authority for Flooding in order to co-ordinate with other agencies to respond to flooding issues which often arise due to heavy rainfall.
