How to pay a Fixed Penalty Notice

Pay an environmental FPN online

You can pay a FPN online (opens new window)(opens new tab) by selecting 'other payments', then 'community safety and enforcement' and finally 'fixed penalty notice'. To pay online, you will need:

• the FPN reference number
• to enter the name exactly as it appears on the FPN
• the address details.

Pay an environmental FPN by telephone

Call customer services on 01775 761161 and have your payment card and FPN to hand.

Pay an environmental FPN in person

Please note that our and as such, this option to pay in person is currently unavailable.

We have payment machines at our office address below. Please bring your payment card and FPN and if you need help using the payment machine, we'll be happy to help.
