How to pay a Fixed Penalty Notice

You can pay online - by visiting the payment website at www.fpnpayment.com/southholland

By Telephone - call 0333 313 7718

Please quote the notice number (above) and have your card details to hand.

If you wish to pay by credit/debit card you may do so by using Visa, Master card or Maestro only.

By Cash - You can pay by cash at any Payzone outlet. You will need to present the fixed penalty notice containing your unique barcode and you will need to pay in full.

There is no formal right to appeal, however the Council will accept representations from you within 14 days of the issue of this notice.
