Santa's Grotto

The Chairman delighted hundreds of children who came to visit Santa in his Grotto. Calthrops Solicitors very kindly allowed Santa to use their premises for his Grotto on Sat 25th November 2023, which was part of the Communities Christmas Celebration Event. 

Star, our South Holland Flower Ambassador, greeted all the children before they met Santa. Each child received a gift, which had been partly sponsored by Bookmark in Spalding and Wygate Co-op.

The event organised by the South Holland District Council Communities Team, provided live entertainment, games, crafts and much more for families to enjoy.The Chairman judged the Children's Christmas fancy dress competition and switched on the Christmas lights, which was applauded by all.

The event raised £804 for the Chairman's Charities. The Chairman thanked everyone for their donations and for supporting the Communities Christmas Celebrations event.
