Pride flag and Autistic Pride flag raising

The Chairman, councillor Andrew Woolf alongside Callum Brazzo, raised the Pride flag and the Autistic Pride flag on Friday 31st May 2024.

Councillor Mark Le Sage and Jack Tyrrell were also in attendance to support the event.

Callum representing AutisticLed said "This is a simple yet effective opportunity to authentically represent our autistic community on Autistic Pride Day today and hopefully for years to come."

Callum added he was very appreciative of the Council's continued collaboration on making this happen. 

Today was about welcoming everyone, whoever you are and whatever your brain type, to come together as one community.
