All South Holland District Council tenants are cordially invited to an exclusive event to meet the Housing Ombudsman's Chief Operating Officer at the South Holland Centre.

As a South Holland Social Housing tenant, this is your chance to engage with Andrea Keenoy, the Housing Ombudsman Chief Operating Officer, and gain insights into their vital work and services.

  • Location: South Holland Centre, 23 Market Place, Spalding PE11 1SS

The Housing Ombudsman is a trusted, free, and impartial service dedicated to investigating complaints and resolving disputes for social housing tenants. They handle various types of complaints, including disrepair, anti-social behaviour, complaint handling, damp and mould, adaptations, charges, and other housing management issues.

While this event will be held in person, we welcome advance questions submitted online. All questions and answers will be published on our website after the event.

Councillor Tracey Carter, Portfolio Holder for Communities and Operational Housing at South Holland District Council will be in attendance at the event and, said: "This is a fantastic opportunity for our tenants to engage directly with the Housing Ombudsman's Chief Operating Officer and learn about the invaluable services they provide. Your voices matter, and this event offers a platform for tenants to have their concerns heard and addressed. I encourage all tenants to attend, ask questions, and gain a better understanding of their rights as social housing residents."

Please note that questions regarding specific individual cases cannot be addressed during this event, however, there will be council officers from various services on hand to help after the event.
