Christmas Crescent Event

The Chairman attend the Christmas Crescent event on Friday 6 December 2024 from 5-7pm.

Crescent event

Spalding Community Choir, lead by Zeph Churchill, performed Christmas Carols, to welcome shoppers to the event. Visitors could shop from a range of bespoke stalls and many of the Crescent retailers were open.

Bookmark kindly offered to host the Santa's event, where children could come to see Santa and receive a lovely gift, Bookmark also provided complimentary prosecco for their guests. 

Santa's helpers

The Crescent had a wonderful Christmas feel and all agreed the lights looked amazing, shop owners said they were delighted with the turnout for the event, even the Grinch made a welcome appearance.

Elf

All donations received from the Chairman's Santa's Grotto were split between the two Chairman's Charities, Blood cancer UK and Mencap.

The Chairman wished to thank all who helped to organised the first Christmas Crescent evening event.
