Who is my housing officer?

Meet Your Housing Neighbourhood Officers

As a tenant, you have lots of rights and responsibilities, which are detailed in your tenancy agreement.

Your Housing Officer will be there to support you throughout your tenancy. They can visit you at home, make an appointment to meet you, or provide help and advice over the phone.

They will:

  • help you with any questions about your tenancy.
  • talk to you about any support you may need to manage your tenancy.
  • ensure that estates are clean, well maintained, secure and that gardens are tidy.
  • work closely with tenant, residents, police and other stakeholders to make your area a better place to live.
  • Enforce tenancy breaches and cases of anti-social behaviour.

You will see your Housing Officers out and about on our estates, and their aim is to get to know you and your community better and make sure you have everything you need to maintain a healthy and happy home, and an environment you can feel safe in.
