Health and Wellbeing Network
The Health and Wellbeing Network is a range of organisations raising health and wellbeing awareness and providing support to our communities.
The aim of the network is to raise awareness of organisations, clubs and groups available to:
- help signpost residents of South Holland to this support
- identify opportunities to increase provision of health and wellbeing in our area.
The network meets every two months and includes many different agencies, organisations and clubs including South Holland District Council, Lincolnshire County Council Public Health, South Lincolnshire Clinical Commissioning Group, local and national health charities as well as many local clubs and groups who support people with various health conditions.
If you're interested in finding out more about local support, details of clubs and groups, or who to ask for advice in South Holland, please visit the Connect to Support Lincolnshire website (opens new window).
