To report graffiti on public land or public buildings, please contact Customer Services. Our advisors will take your details and details of the graffiti such as:

• the location
• nature of the graffiti
• details of the person(s) responsible, if known.

Our aim is to remove or cover graffiti on public buildings and take necessary action as soon as is practical. 

We are responsible for removing graffiti from public property only. Removal of graffiti on private land or property is of the responsibility of the owners of the premises involved. Most buildings' insurance policies include cover for criminal damage, so it is advisable to check with your insurance company before deciding what action to take.
