Allotments

We have 57 allotment plots in Spalding, which are located at Low Fulney and Horseshoe Road/Bourne Road.

If you are interested in an allotment outside of Spalding you will need to contact the relevant parish council for that area (opens new window).

Allotment costs

The majority of our allotment plots are approximately one rood in size (a quarter of an acre), but there are also a few half sized plots.

• One rood plots are £45.10 a year
• Half sized plots are £23.10 a year

Apply for an allotment plot

Allotments are allocated in the order they are requested. After applying for an allotment, we will contact you as soon as there is an available plot that meets your requirements. Please note that allocation of an allotment plot depends on availability, which may take some time due to the limited number available.  

Allotment terms and conditions

The  allotment terms and conditions (PDF) [7KB] (opens new window) of tenancy applies to both sites in Spalding.

You can have a small garden shed or hut on your plot, which must be no larger than 180cm by 120cm or 6ft by 4ft. You must gain written permission from Environmental Services if you require a larger shed than the sizes stated.
