What this Privacy Notice covers

Your privacy is very important to South Holland District Council.

Why we need personal data

Personal contact details of new employees are collected to evidence the impact that the Grants4Growth program has had on job creation. The legal basis for processing this data is Article 6.1 (b) of the General Data Protection Regulations in that processing is necessary for the performance of contractual obligations.

How your data is used

We will only use personal data for the specific purpose of recording and evidencing the number of jobs created by the Grants4Growth programme. The data will only be shared by agents of the Grants4Growth team and the Business Lincolnshire Growth Hub.

How long the information is kept for

We will keep and use your data for the specific purpose of contacting individuals about Business and Personal information will be held until 2033, 10 years after the financial completion of the Grants4Growth Programme, in compliance with ERDF Guidelines.
