Canvass forms
If you have provided us with an email address and all householders' records match with those held by the DWP then you will receive an email that looks like this Email example (PDF) [147KB] when you click on the website link to respond, the unique codes are pre-filled and the page looks like this Login page (PDF) [120KB] . If it says your sign in details are wrong, the postcode you are entering does not match with our system. Please contact our Electoral Services team to check 01775 764837.
Canvass forms are prescribed by law and cannot be changed. Examples of the forms that we could send to you are given below.
Canvass Communication A form for Route 1 properties
If the elector details are correct on this form you do not need to do anything more.
