Check / manage garden waste subscription
This form allows you to check and manage your property's garden waste subscription. If eligible, you will be able to:
- renew your existing subscription;
- order additional paper sacks (if you are already subscribed to the sacks service).
Before you start
You will need the following information to complete this form:
- The postcode of the collection address within the South Holland district.
- A credit or debit card to make payment.

- There is a time limit on each page of this form of 1 hour. Select the 'Next' / 'Submit' button on each page within an hour, otherwise your data will be lost.
- All fields marked with an asterisk (*) must be completed.
What we do with your information
South Holland District Council needs the information in this form to perform its Public task under the Local Government Act. We will share the information we collect only where we are legally allowed to. The details collected about you will be used to update you where appropriate, and otherwise deal with your request. Where there is partnership working with other agencies we will share information to address your request. When you have successfully completed your request, you will receive a 16-digit reference number and should receive a confirmation email.
