We are responsible for ensuring the safe working, operation and statutory compliance of lifts in properties we own or manage.

Steps we take to keep you safe:

We have systems in place to inspect, maintain and repair lifts. This includes weekly inspections and quarterly servicing by a specialist contractor.

We are committed to ensuring the safety of tenants and residents. We have a responsibility to comply with legislation including the Lifting Operation and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998.
