Request assisted collection

Assisted collection may be possible if you have difficulty moving or presenting sacks or bins to the boundary of your property. This could be due to a temporary or permanent disability, illness or other condition.

Our crew will only collect sacks or bins containing the correct waste. For further information see our What goes in your waste bags page. These must be presented at the agreed location before 6:00am on the day of collection.

Assisted collections will not be made:

  • from behind a locked gate or barrier;
  • from inside a property, garage or shed;
  • from a property where the sacks or bins are not visible from the roadside or property boundary;
  • from a property on roads that are inaccessible/unsuitable for our waste collection vehicles;
  • If not presented on time (6:00 am for sack collections, 7:00 am for garden waste collections).

You will need the following information to complete this form:

  • The postcode of the collection address (which must be a residential property in the South Holland district)

When you have successfully completed this form, you will receive a 16-digit reference number and should receive a confirmation email.
