We provide sheltered accommodation for older people and vulnerable people who are capable of living independently. All bungalows and flats within sheltered housing schemes are connected to the call monitoring centre which is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

South Holland District Council has 1026 sheltered housing properties in its Housing Revenue Account portfolio, ranging from bedsits to two-bedroom bungalows, along with 14 community centres and 12 guest rooms.
