Report a pest problem
Please use this form to report a pest problem as a council tenant.
The Housing Department will authorise and arrange payment for treatments for:
- rats and mice which are inside the property
- wasps which are in the fabric of the property or
- fleas in a previously unoccupied property
Pest Control does not cover pests within outhouses or sheds. All other treatments for Council Tenants will be payable by the tenant themselves.
We do not offer a pest control service - private tenants / owners will need to employ the services a local company themselves.
